Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They are a binding contract between Zain Leathers and you.
Zain Leathers uses SSL technology and encryption to support secure online transactions. Customers must provide full and accurate information. All information provided to us will be treated in confidence. Any new features or tools which are added to our website shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. You can review the most current version of the terms and conditions at any time on our website. We reserve the right to update, change and replace any part of our Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continuous use and access to our website constitutes your acceptance to those changes.
Amendment in Services or Prices
Prices of our products are subject to change without notice. The prices and shipping charges shown while placing an online order do not include any duties/ levies for any country. Articles offered on the website are subject to availability at the time of placing your order. Zain Leathers reserves the right to alter or discontinue any service (or any part of content thereof) without notice.
We will deliver all orders within a maximum of 7 working days for deliveries within Pakistan. If you are using the cash on delivery (COD) method for delivery in Pakistan, it is mandatory that you please pay the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery. As a part of our corporate policy, we do not offer personalization on COD order(s).
For international orders, please allow up to a maximum of 12 working days for deliveries via courier. Any custom, excise or other duties and levies (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer. If applicable, these charges would be in addition to the shipping charges mentioned on the website.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Zain Leathers strictly follows ‘No Refund’ policy. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged in any situation. However, exchange may be allowed in exceptional cases. The exchange policy will only be applicable if the order has been processed via Credit Card or Online Bank Transfer.
- Zain leathers is responsible to deliver your jacket at your door step
- After receiving your jacket , if any issue in material and quality we will offer refund
- the items must not have been personalized;
- our Customer Support team must be notified by the customer about any such complaint within 3 days of receiving the parcel;
- items must be unused, tags intact, and in its original Zain Leathers packaging
The complaint must be raised within 3 working days after receiving the parcel along with the invoice via call or email. After reviewing the request, our Customer Support team will take around one week to process your claim.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Cancellation must be intimated to our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to processing. However, please note that once the order has been processed, Zain Leathers cannot cancel the order.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email containing the tracking information. Zain Leathers may also cancel orders for any reason, such as:
- incomplete information;
- no response from customer for a query;
- you have chosen ‘Online Bank Transfer’ as method of payment but have not shared payment reference for more than 3 working days; and/ or you have placed the same order twice. We may cancel one order if no response is received from your end.
